**About The Role**:
**A bit about the role...**
As a Scheduling Administrator you will be able to proactively maintain a high level of organisation while working to tight timescales. The role requires assertiveness to ensure activities are closed down effectively and plays an essential part in the Smart Meter installation process we operate on behalf of our clients. The role includes both inbound and outbound calls, supplier and customer facing contact, and emergency calls from customers that require immediate attention and escalation. To be successful in this role you must be able to understand the inner workings of the Technical departments you work alongside and ensure synergy at wall times.

**Key Responsibilities...**
- Ensure Meter Work schedule is maximised and ensure the jobs are completed
- Ensure Meter Workers are utilising Hand Held Tablets to accept, progress and close jobs.
- Liaison with Meter workers and District Technical managers where deviations are identified.
- Customer facing communications to customer where changes occur.
- Daily jeopardy management in line with contractual obligations.
- Appropriate and timely raising of conflicting priorities to Team Leaders with view to process resolutions.
- Management of emergency and unassigned tasks to resolution.
