Milestone Infrastructure is working in partnership with Cambridgeshire County Council in Cambridgeshire are seeking experienced Operatives to work in our Witchford depot.

**As an Area Administrator duties and responsibilities will include**:
Creation and submission of timesheets for depot staff and winter maintenance drivers. Complete Daily whereabouts to share with Milestone and Clients.

Capture plant deployment on a weekly basis; off and on-hire plant as required. Cascade any standing plant to Area Manager. Update Equipment and plant register. Book Vehicle services and inspections in Depot diary.

Manage depot invoices and GRNs and submit to finance team. Input Monthly stocktake, Contractor Hours for relevant business functions.

Capture waste transfer and waste management data accurately.

Work with the Area Scheduler to create work order packs.

Office administration - filing, ordering consumables.

Liaise with emergency callout crews to collate works orders and call out information.

Upload Briefings and TBT records to competency cloud

**Skills and Knowledge requirements**:
Able to build and develop strong relationships internally and externally.

Organised and excellent administration skills.

Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.

Ability to manage time effectively and manage multiple tasks.

Attention to detail, with the ability to produce quality documentation

Excellent working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and Power-point and internal systems

Excellent communication skills
