We are looking for a person with administration experience to join our team as Patient and Carer Experience Administrator.

You will provide administrative support to the Head of Patient and Carer Experience and assist in providing support with a variety of administrative tasks for the teams within the Patient and Carer Experience (PACE) Service:

- Patient and Carer Experience Team
- Voluntary Services Team
- Complaints Team
- Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

**Principle Responsibilities/Competencies**:
Patient Experience
- Input patient experience survey data onto the electronic patient experience survey system ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting
- Work with ward staff and volunteers to gain feedback from patients and their families within the Trust. This will be through meeting face to face and via telephone
- Use initiative to identify and flag areas of concern from patient feedback so these can be followed-up with relevant teams
- Responsible for filing and storage of paper survey forms to comply with audit requirements
- Provide support for staff in accessing patient experience data
- Assist in updating team pages on the Knowledge Centre (The Trust staff intranet
- Support with key events such as carers day

General
- Provide administrative support as required to the Patient and Carer Experience Service. This includes responding to written/electronic or telephone enquiries on behalf of team members and carrying out general office duties, e.g. filing, photocopying, laminating etc
- Provide administrative support for meetings and events as required, including booking rooms, photocopying, sending out documents, and providing administrative support at meetings/events
- Maintain display boards in public areas of the Trust
