Caremark Kirklees are looking for a new Field Care Supervisor to join our growing team, based in Huddersfield.

Caremark Kirklees are a leading domiciliary care provider in Kirklees, serving the wider Huddersfield area, including Colne and Holme Valleys. Our aim is to provide the highest quality care and support to our Customers, enabling them to live independent lives in their own home.

**Salary**: £23,000 per year PLUS company car & additional pay for being part of the on-call rota

**Hours**: Full-Time

Ideally you will be an excellent team player, with at least 2 years’ experience in the Care sector, with NVQ/QCT level 3 in Care.

Field Care Supervisors are responsible for the efficient running of their own specific, defined areas and should be flexible with their working hours, including at weekends, in order to effectively monitor and support all Care Assistants and our Customers. Responsibilities include:
Support and manage a team of Care Assistants.
- To be on-call in case of emergency and deliver care to our customers, if required.
- To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator.
- Act as a link between the Customer and the office.
- Oversee care quality control.
- Monitor and supervise care service, including Customer reviews and spot checks of Care Assistants.
- To share the on-call phone through the week and at weekends on a rota basis with the Care Coordinators and Senior Care Assistants.

**Experience**:

- Care Industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Care Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
