Hadi Care is a homecare provider based in North Leeds. we have recently set up a new office in Huddersfield and are wanting a Care Coordinator with a potential of growing into a Registered Manager to help us build our new office in Huddersfield. This is an initial part time role which will go to full time as the we win more care packages. You will be working alongside our Registered Manager in Leeds as well as you will have support from the office team.

As a Care Coordinator, you will provide physical and emotional support to individuals and supervise teams of care assistants.
- Working closely with the Registered Manager to coordinate the growth and development of a high quality domiciliary care service for older people in the local area
- Networking in the local community to raise awareness of the service
- Promoting the highest standards of care and service
- Recruiting and training Care Professionals
- Converting new client enquiries and coordinating staffing rotas
- Care planning and conducting risk assessments ensuring compliance to relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Managing a team, making sure that exceptional service is delivered to our clients and workloads are managed accordingly
- To promote good communication by means of employee meetings, written and verbal reports and encourage openness at all levels
- Ensure mandatory training requirements are met, checking the training matrix to ensure all staff are trained
- Ensure rotas are covered in advance where possible and all care calls are made in accordance with client and carer rotas.

To be successful, you will:

- Have care experience with excellent customer service skills
- Have the ability to build good working relationships
- Have strong organisation and planning skills
- Have the drive and motivation to take on a broad role and develop our care services
- Be able to work well and accurately under pressure whilst working independently with mínimal supervision
- Be flexible to meet the demands of the business including participating in an on-call rota.
- Possess a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable or willing to work towards it.

Due to the need to support the On-Call function, which may require you to support team members out in the field in emergency situations, and also the requirement to travel throughout the community to conduct new client assessments, you should have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.42 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
