Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or malfunctions
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools and power tools
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in welding and other fabrication techniques is preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance projects
