Due to continued growth, an excellent opportunity has become available for a Service Desk Administrator to join a leading Liverpool based law firm within the firms busy service desk team.
You will be recruited to have strong administration skills along with excellent customer service.

Duties include:

- Provide administration support via the telephone and other contact methods to the Service Desk team
- Assign tickets out to the Team and ensure that the unassigned tickets are managed
- Perform administration tasks under guidance from the Service Desk Manager
- Escalate problems / business continuity events as appropriate to 3rd parties, senior colleagues and management
- Help and support document within the Business
- Support and control the CMDB for all IT configuration items
- Responsible for creating and managing purchase orders
- Complete work in line with agreed targets / KPIs
