**About the Role**: We're seeking a talented and motivated Service Desk Administrator to provide vital technical support within one of our academic departments. As the first point of contact for staff IT needs, you'll troubleshoot system issues, provide software support, and manage hardware assets including laptop deployments.
**What You'll Do**:

- Provide frontline technical support and exceptional customer service - Troubleshoot IT systems, software, and desktop hardware issues
- Manage and coordinate laptop refresh programs - Maintain hardware asset inventory
- Shape and improve our support services

**Your Team**: You'll join a small, friendly team of IT professionals and developers, playing a key role in meeting the department's daily technology needs.
**What You'll Need**:

- Strong understanding of commodity computer equipment - Proven technical support experience
- Excellent customer service skills - Problem-solving mindset

**Location**: This is primarily an on-site role at our Liverpool campus, with occasional work-from-home flexibility available.
