**Role Summary**
At Ocado Retail, the eCommerce Executive, working in conjunction with the Senior Transformation Manager & Shopper Insights Manager, has responsibility for the execution of Customer transformation workstreams, including within company-wide programmes, which have the objective of achieving business goals such as personalisation or value perception.

The role requires self-management across projects managing multiple concurrent workstreams, preparing commercial recommendations and analysing performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implementing the merchandising strategy and plans across the Ocado website and app through working collaboratively with teams across Retail and Group
- Utilising all available merchandising levers to drive our ecommerce KPIs, including conversion, making insightful trade-offs and prioritisation decisions on how best to optimise.
- Scoping, manipulating and interpreting detailed analysis, reporting and research to effectively track KPI performance, optimise onsite customer journeys, and support improvement and iteration of merchandising decisions.
- Reviewing and testing new e-commerce features and functionality delivery, ensuring they meet the requested scope and their performance demonstrates that it aligns to both customer and commercial needs.
- Delivering perfect implementation and ongoing delivery of new and innovative commercial opportunities, establishing and building relationships across the Retail team and wider Ocado business.
- Developing and sharing e-commerce best practices, processes, and guidelines to aid the transition of features and functionality to BAU teams.
- Aiding the broader eCommerce merchandising team to achieve their goals, collaboratively supporting ad-hoc requests as required.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or other growth businesses is desirable but not essential, ideally in a customer-centric function.
- Strong and regular user of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Passion for food or e-commerce is advantageous
