**The Role**

As the newly appointed **Merchandising Executive** you will be responsible for the on site merchandising of the website and mobile app to make the customers shopping experience as seamless and simple as possible for customers to find their favourite items and feel inspired.

Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Identifying opportunities to improve website and app performance and conversion rate to improve overall sales performance.
- Drive conversion through customer friendly and commercially savvy decision by utilising all available merchandising levers.
- Collaborating with the buying 7 promotions team across Homeware, Lifestyle & Grocery to achieve commercial targets.
- Continuous product reporting, auditing and sharing recommendations for best practice.
- Optimise merchandising on web and app.
- Analysis & Insight to learn, improve and iterate on both a weekly & seasonal basis by reacting to insight and summarising key learnings.
- Driving innovation and providing inspiration for customers through continuous thinking of new ways to shop and drive sales.

**The Individual**

As the newly appointed **Merchandising Executive **you will have demonstrable evidence of improving sales and conversion through various processes, come from an Ecommerce/ Trade/ Merchandising background with a passion for sustainability and love for customer service.
