**EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY**: We are currently recruiting for an Online Grocery Company that are giants within their industry, for the role of**CRM Executive**. **What you’ll be doing**:

- Working closely with the Senior CRM Executivesand Brand Marketing Teams to execute the CRM campaigns from end-to-end
- Monitor performance of activity and report back to the team proposing improvements and enhancements, where appropriate
- Ensure effective collaboration with Creative, Merchandising, Buying & Insight teams
- Regularly present project statuses and prioritisation of current workload to line manager

**Main Skills/ Requirements**:

- Experience in CRM in an ecommerce, retail, or other growth businesses (minimum 1-2 years)
- Passionate about customer experience
- Ability to report back to stakeholders on performance
