We scope up commercially viable projects, create marketing and testing plans, brief creatives, measure KPIs,track performance and learn. **The Role/Profile**

To support projects that amplify the Ocado brand through evocative and engaging above-the-line advertising and marketing campaigns that provide a clear and strong motivation for people to shop with us.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- End-to-end support of multiple concurrent and exciting brand campaigns (including above-the-line advertising campaigns and brand partnerships), establishing and building relationships across the Retail team, wider Ocado business and with third parties to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with our creative advertising agency to produce and deliver creative assets for above-the line-campaigns (including TV commercials, radio/audio commercials, print adverts and digital ads)
- Drive 360 through-the-line advertising campaigns: working with our in-house creative studio to ensure above the line advertising campaigns are taken seamlessly through the line and executed across all below the line marcomms channels (CRM, social, PR, digital, print magazine and onsite).
- Develop proposals for campaigns, accounting for cost and effort of available marketing channels.
- Lead the development of project deliverables ensuring that all milestones are met to a high standard.
- Ensure effective collaboration with Trade, Buying, Creative, Content, Performance Marketing, Merchandising and Insight teams.
- Interpret and manipulate analysis supplied by the Insight team to deliver cost-effective improvements to customer initiatives.
- Regularly report on and present campaign performance, project statuses and prioritisation.
- Collect information and conduct research as required to form ideas and get feedback from customers around marketing initiatives.
- Prepare creative briefs for producing assets needed for marketing initiatives.
