Clinic Opening Hours - Monday to Thursday 7.45am until 8.45pm, Friday 7.45am - 6.15pm & Saturday 8.45am until 3.15pm (Sunday closed)

We are a high end Physiotherapy and Movement Health Clinic based in Battersea SW11.

The stylish and contemporary surroundings are a world away from the experience one might normally associate with the word ‘clinic’. Every patient receives our undivided attention throughout their time in the clinic and our aim is that every patient feels the sense of calm, relaxed, unhurried professionalism that is the hallmark of our approach to patient care.

We are looking for someone to join our sociable and friendly team to help promote this professional approach to all patients and to ensure maximum efficiency with seamless delivery of Front of House duties and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting all patients at point of contact and providing a warm welcome
- Diary management - arranging, rearranging appointments as appropriate
- Projecting a positive and can do attitude to patients whilst going the extra mile
- Face to face and telephone contact for all Patient enquiries
- Managing the room allocations for clinicians and patients.
- Actively working towards increasing sales for the practice by converting initial enquiries
- Use internal computer software packages for all patient records
- Produce administration with regards to patient correspondence
- Ensuring all patient areas are kept clean and tidy
- Responsible for general marketing tasks
- Administrative support to the Practice Manager and clinical team

**Salary**: £26,500 - £30,000 per annum (based on 40 hours per week) based on relevant experience
