We now have a vacancy for a highly motivated experienced PA to provide a professional, efficient and confidential administrative service to the Senior Management Team.
The position is offered on a permanent contract and is a full-time opportunity - 37.5 hours per week.
**Your role with us**
You will be responsible for providing a complete generalist administrative support service to the Birmingham Senior Management Team. Through your outstanding people and communication skills, you will effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of Charity, site and Birmingham team goals.
**You will have**:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience and proven track record in providing high quality administrative support to senior stakeholders and being able to work to a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
You will work best in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment, and you get satisfaction from using your excellent time management and customer service skills to support multiple customers to a high standard.
You have excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Publisher).
Experience of working in a healthcare environment would be desirable, but not essential.
