Be-IT are working with a global and widely recognised non for profit organisation who are seeking a Business Improvement Analyst part of the change and transformation team.

You should have the following
- Developed a culture of continuous improvement within an organisation using PDCA or similar
- Have Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Enjoys problem solving and collaborating with others to deliver sustainable value
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and influence people at all levels
- Dedication and skill at motivating and influencing people; an aptitude for being detailed and accurate whilst be able to have a holistic view
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks at once and meet strict deadlines
- Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic, with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Passionate about what they do, making a difference and being part of a fun, emotionally intelligent team, and wider change community

In return, you can expect a salary of up to £60,000 plus a strong benefits package and great work life balance. This is a remote first position with occasional travel to the Glasgow office.
