If/when required, the Company will support the employee with the necessary Immigration requirements.**IMPORTANT** Advert will close at 23:59 GMT the day before **Job Posting End Date** belowDecember-19-2025**Help us create a better future, quicker**The role of Improvement Analyst sits within the Customer Business Centre of Excellence (CoE), reporting to the Change Management Manager.As Improvement Analyst, you will provide support and quality controls to the Customer Business change and incident management processes, particularly SAP and Cloud Based application platforms. You will implement CoE process improvements and provide expertise regarding SAP change management processes which support day-to-day operations.Ensuring that the business solution performs effectively, you will provide coaching and training to team members on agile principles and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.Providing expertise to improve planning, incident and change processes, you will support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with all stipulated controls.**What you’ll be doing**Identifying issues through control reporting and analysis, producing change controls or incidents as necessary, you will input business/technological expertise to inform decisions on solution requirements.
