Applications Support Analyst / Business Analyst - ERP or CRM Solutions experience. Based in Glasgow, I have a brand new requirement for an Applications Support Analyst/ Business Analystwith 3-4 days WFH option after initial settling in period is complete.My client would consider an Business Analyst skills with any technical experience of SQL, Crystal Reports, SAP, Oracle, Excel, all highly desirable but **full training will be provided**

You must have:

- Experience of in supporting ERP or CRM Solutions.
- Basic SQL or Crystal Reports desirable
- Competent in eliciting and defining requirements
- Ability to resolve complex functional and configuration issues within SLA’s.
- Experience of business analytical tools and processes, including data analysis.

Role involves:

- Data Migration Activities.
- Create and manage Crystal Reports and Layouts.
- Create and manage SQL queries.
- Boyum B1UP changes developments.
- Provide Incident/Problem management and Configuration Management support services.
- Maintain company data standards and identify and implement procedures in areas where improvement in control is required.
- Monitor data integration scenarios to identify and eliminate data replication problems
- Support implementation of systems changes, upgrades in line with the change calendar and change control processes.
- Provide a business analysis service, communicating clearly with customers, ensuring business requirements are fully documented and understood progressing approved changes though to implementation and test.
- Undertake regression testing in relation to approved system change requests.
