**We are excited to be recruiting an Operations Executive to join our Experience Education division at Travelopia**

The team is based in Brighton, and we offer hybrid working with access to our Seafront Brighton office 3 days per week and then the flexibility to work remotely on the other 2 days. We are also open to considering part-time hours, working 30 hours per week.

As the Operations Executive, you will provide operational & administrative support for our school groups travelling across the various educational brands (including Skibound, Travelbound and Edwin Doran). It is a varied role that requires excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of group school travel.

**What you will be doing**:
Working closely with both the UK Transport Manager & Overseas Operations teams, you will be assisting with the effective delivery of a variety of tasks including:

- Procurement and booking of coaches, trains & ferries across all brands
- Assisting in the preparation of contracts to be loaded into the reservation system
- Ensure new season estimations are loaded in time for on-sale timelines
- Supervise daily bookings to ensure all ad-hoc requests are sent promptly to suppliers
- Ensure requests are booked in good time at the best price
- Check reports for any changes and communicate promptly to the relevant teams
- Ensure all customer documentation is accurate and ready to be sent in a timely manner
- Verify that bookings are updated with all amendments to ensure margins are accurate
- Setting up payments of deposits from supplier invoices
- Ensure that existing coach contracts and H&S audits are up-to-date
- Assist the overseas operations team on reservations as the need arises
