In this high‑impact, strategic leadership role, they will be responsible for P&L oversight, operations (EHS, supply chain etc), engineering performance, and people leadership over 200 employees. This is a unique opportunity to shape the direction and transformation of this key site within a globally recognized organization while championing safety, innovation, and operational excellence.Job ResponsibilitiesLead all business operations, including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, sales, finance, and HR.Drive cultural transformation with leadership teams and work closely with stakeholders across the global business.Strong P&L / Accounting background to drive success within the business ($XX million) with a focus on continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and working capital optimization.Build and empower a high‑performing leadership team across the UK facility.Champion a lean and operational excellence/CI initiatives.Strengthen organizational capabilities by driving employee development, engagement, and succession planning.Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support growth and innovation.Navigate cross‑cultural team dynamics with global partners and ensure effective technology transfer and execution.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.Proven success in leading large‑scale technical operations with P&L experience.Deep expertise in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain leadership within a high‑tech or industrial setting.Strong understanding of semiconductor/electronics manufacturing is preferred.Experienced in driving organizational change and continuous improvement strategies.Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.About Pacific InternationalPacific International, a globally recognized retained executive search firm, is dedicated to empowering Fortune 500, FTSE 100, and high‑growth enterprises in building exceptional C‑suite, senior‑level, and strategic leadership teams while championing diversity and inclusion.
