Marketing & Operations Associate £25k - £30k Life

**Company Description** LifeTidy is the first platform of its kind providing a holistic, simple and intuitive way of storing all of life’s key documents, contracts, policies and life admin, reminding users when important renewals, payments and decisions need to be made. LifeTidyis an encrypted, totally secure platform that allows the user to securely log, manage and share their data with family members, wealth managers, lawyers, insurance companies, doctors or any other trusted third party. Each user can personalise their profileto make it easier to use. Your information, at your fingertips, in a way that makes sense for you. The platform incorporates Open Banking, giving users an overview of their current wealth position, helping them understand, track and manage their financialaffairs. LifeTidy has raised a pre-seed round, launched a live beta mobile app, collated user feedback and is now launching a new and improved V1 mobile app. We are currently driving towards product market fit with a very lean and experienced team, focusingon user acquisition and engagement. This role will be key in helping us achieve this. Initially the business has launched in the UK with product 2.0 and we will rapidly expand into other markets. LifeTidy is a subscription model with long LTV and the potentialfor multiple revenue streams.

The Team

The team currently consists of a CEO (& Co-Founder), a COO (& Co-Founder), and an outsourced marketing and development team (both run by Co-Founders). We are an experienced, close-knit team, early in our journey, presenting an ideal opportunity to get involvedfrom the start. We operate in an autonomous environment, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable getting on without much direction. We are open to new and better ways to do things, whether that’s introducing a new software or a better way to communicate,ideas and feedback are welcome.

Experience
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching between
- High attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise time effectively
- A thinker and doer
- Customer orientation and ability to respond to a variety of different characters

Qualifications:

- 2+ years experience in marketing, operations or customer success at a technology start-up; preferably B2B and B2C
- Undergraduate degree from a reputable university
- Experience with administrative and clerical work
- Proficiency with Microsoft & Google Suite
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanour
