**What You'll Be Doing**

We’re looking for a self-starting, experienced and innovative Apparel Marketing Manager who will continue to develop the company’s global fashion brand, continuing to retain our values and editorial standards whilst increasing sales through strong and enticingapparel campaigns and ensuring our brand position is upheld throughout. They will manage, from start to finish, the marketing campaigns and strategies for all apparel projects inline with the overall marketing agenda for the company, reporting directly intoour Director of Marketing and closely with our Head of Apparel. We need an individual who champions our vision for apparel campaigns and sales through and through, thinking strategically, creatively and effectively on its delivery to our consumers and members.

You’ll be
- Reporting into the Director of Marketing and working simultaneously with our Head of Apparel on the strategy, planning, and delivery of all apparel marketing.
- Create and manage apparel marketing campaigns utilising Boiler Room’s social media channels and CRM
- Work to a set marketing budget to hit monthly and annual sales targets whilst upholding our brand position
- Work with the wider marketing team to strategise paid ad campaigns around collection drops
- Develop asset briefs and deliver to the creative team and provide constructive feedback to ensure the brief is met
- Work with the Head of Apparel, our photographer and creative team to brief and deliver on photo shoots
- Assist the Head of Apparel in securing new wholesale partners globally
- Work with our PR agency on press and seeding strategies
- Extract stories and angles from the collections to create USP’s and selling moments with the Head of Apparel and Apparel Designer

**What We're Looking For**

You are:

- Exceptional at communicating and have an ambitious and proactive attitude with a deep rooted passion for music and DJ culture (obviously), as well as strong campaign delivery and retailer/fashion experience and influential qualities to challenge stakeholdersand bring ideas to life
- A self-starter that thrives when collaborating with an ambitious and creative team
- Consistently hungry to learn and develop and have a desire to succeed within the company
- Experienced in a similar role (fashion, retailer, lifestyle marketing) for a relevant brand or retailer and used to working '360’ from ideation, creation and delivery on campaigns
- Someone who has a wealth of strategies and ideas on how to drive sales whilst sustaining and elevating the Boiler Room brand. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of this, so be ready to impress us with your expertise and deliverables
- An individual who has a background in content creation (ideally), including but not limited to: graphic, animation and motion design, photography, videography skills etc
- Someone who has experience with Adobe suites and Photoshop and can use the platforms confidently
- Experienced in the delivery of photo shoots
