**Company Description** Pack Group has many strands to its business. The Marketing & Promotions Manager will be working across the following companies:
Free From Sleep: An Event Promotions company that nurtures independent artists, labels, and collectives in the UK by providing the necessary tools to stand out in an increasingly competitive market. It does over 50 club nights a year, across venues suchas, The Steel Yard, Ministry of Sound, Fabric, Village Underground, and Printworks. Working with brands like Metalheadz, Spearhead, Tinlicker, Channel One, and Mungo's Hi-Fi.

Free From Sleep also has two in house festivals:

- Cross The Tracks: Brixton's premiere Soul, Funk and Jazz Festival located in Brockwell Park. Cross The Tracks is a 25,000 capacity, luscious family friendly day of music, food, workshops, alongside creative markets, such as record, brewers and art.
- City Splash: a one-day 15,000 capacity festival in Brockwell Park, bringing the hottest carnival vibes to South London with the biggest artists in Reggae, Dancehall, Afrobeats and more. A family friendly day out, rich in culture, from the cuisines, to drinks,the music, and heritage acts.

The Hackney Social is a multipurpose music and arts venue located on Bohemia Place. The space brings together music events, sustainable fashion, and an array of food and culture.

The Brixton Social is a new venue in the heart of Brixton Village showcasing local DJs and upcoming artists.

Bohemia Place Market is a street market that is located in the heart of Hackney Central. We work with a variety of local businesses to host unique food, drink and fashion markets.

Bexleyheath Market is a new night market showcasing local artisan and food traders to a soundtrack provided by our market DJs.

**Job Description** Marketing & Promotions Manager | Principal Aims
- Manage all aspects of our marketing and promotional activities across multiple projects
- Produce data lead reports to implement campaigns strategies
- Ensure your team are equipped with the tools they need to carry out their roles effectively

Key Responsibilities
- Running the social media platforms across our projects
- Managing a small team
- Developing group marketing strategies
- Curating and leading campaigns: planning and execution
- Managing budgets around campaigns
- Working with mailchimp and ticketing distribution platforms
- Strong analytical skills and experience of promotional tools
- Growing our audience and managing our community
- Planning and delivering the social calendar in collaboration with our content team
- Producing monthly reports on the performance of our channels
- Ensure social media requirements are met by promoters
- Developing reports with the data/technical team and providing KPI data reporting
- Manage graphic design and content team, delivering clear briefs
- Copywriting responsibilities for social media posts

Knowledge & Previous Experience
- 1- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Managing multiple social media platforms including, but not limited to Tik-Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Clubhouse and Twitter
- Managing campaign budgets
- Social media scheduling tools, softwares and processes
- Experienced and confident in managing a team
- Experience with Adobe suite (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience in events/music industry (preferred but not essential)
- Demonstration of grown channels and produce highly engaging content
- Previously planned and executed a busy social media/content calendar
- Successfully delivered social campaigns from ideation through to development and strategy
- Experience of using Google Analytics, Later (or similar social media management tools) and Facebook Business Manager
- Great communication and copywriting skills
- Proactive and highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities
- A broad and diverse musical knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge and interest in current social media trends
- Ability to self-manage and motivate
- Must be able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously and manage time effectively
- Account managing/client facing work experience

**Who Fits The Bill** We are looking for a Marketing & Promotions Manager to work across our group, on our many projects. Guiding our promotions to the next level by developing our in-house team.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for all marketing assets for shows on the calendar. Working in conjunction with the marketing team to create and develop an effective marketing plan that will reach the correct demographic and target customers appropriatefor each show and company. The Marketing Manager will develop graphic content used to inform the general public of shows for the purpose of creating aspirational marketing campaigns to drive brand growth and ticket sales. This position will also be responsiblefor maintaining and tracking budgets to make sure funds are allocated correctly. As well as overseeing social media accounts and ensuring they are up to date with engaging material.

You are expected to have a great understanding of trends and passion of the current music scenes, across multiple genres. While being able to deal with analytics and oversee ticket sales, working within the trends to increase growth.
