**Product Executive** Our Product Executives are part of the Product & Content team. We are part of the Commercial function at easyJet holidays, and we work cross-functionally to influence which holiday destinations we sell packages to and the hotels we offer. We spend time visiting our destinations to and become experts in specific geographical destinations. Product Executives support the implementation of our product strategy for an allocated set of destinations across the beach and city programmes and support the Product Managers in identifying opportunities to grow volume through analysis of destinations, routes, and products. We have a broad understanding of the wider market and competitors, and we use this knowledge to create opportunities to differentiate easyJet holidays’ product offering. We also support the wider Commercial team with Product expertise. **What you’ll be doing**: You’ll be putting your commercial and analytical skills to good use by understanding the easyJet route network and looking at market data to support revenue growth and capacity planning for your destinations, monitoring the existing product range and supporting the implementation of proposals to grow volume across multiple source markets. You will be working closely with other easyJet holidays teams, such as the Purchasing team to review and benchmark opportunities for your destinations, the Trading team to maximise revenue opportunities, and the Retail team to support on product queries and hotel requests to secure sales. You’ll support with formulating destination strategies to drive the product proposition and you’ll review product quality and content to ensure it aligns with the product proposition. **What you’ll bring to the team**: First and foremost, you’ll need to have experience of working in a commercial role such as Product, Trading or Purchasing, and we’d love it if that was in a Tour Operator, Airline or OTA. You’ll need to have amazing analytical skills, high commercial acumen, and be able to build relationships quickly to influence key stakeholders. **What’s in it for you**: In addition to your competitive base salary, you’ll qualify for our company wide bonus scheme which could see you earning up to an additional 20% on top of your base each year. This is a full-time role based at the easyJet holidays HQ which is near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model and get together twice a week in the office which we find really valuable to help us work more effectively with our immediate team and encourages better cross-functional relationships.
