**Digital Performance Executive**

**Location**: Luton

The purpose of this role is to drive efficient traffic and booking growth by executing spend and campaigns across key digital performance channels including Display, Metasearch, PPC & Affiliates.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day set-up, management and optimization of the holidays Meta and Affiliate campaigns / spend. Working both with the agency and hands-on to ensure timely delivery of new campaigns and campaign changes

Build close working relationship with the audience / martech / marketing teams to ensure we’re able to identify and target the right audience across the core channels with the right campaigns.

From a standpoint of being channel agnostic, work with internal teams such as Analysis, Commercial, CRO and Marketing across easyJet Holidays to identify the best and most efficient channel usage to hit KPIs.

Understand easyJet commercial objectives and trading conditions, using these to inform decision making - translating these into Acquisition focused targets

Manage the day-to-day relationships with key external agency and supplier partners (Price Comparison, Cashback sites, content)

Work with the Analytics team team to provide a full suite of Acquisition reports with a key focus on using the reporting to optimize all activity to strive for continuous improvement.

- Experience in running digital performance marketing activity within in a highly commercially eCommerce environment- Strong, hands-on experience of driving growth in Digital Marketing (Meta, Affiliates, Display, PPC, Social)- Good working knowledge of PPC, Affiliates, Meta & Display- Good working knowledge of automated bid management platforms for PPC. (SA360, Marin, Kenshoo)- Very interested in the Digital Acquisition space - keeping up to date with key industry blogs and news- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build productive relationships both internally and externally with clear evidence of influencing skills- Able to demonstrate good communication skills that reflect self-awareness and confidence- Highly commercial, numerate with a good level of analytical skills- Proven decision making ability- Self-motivated, with ability to work autonomously, organising time and prioritising workload.- Able to develop, design and input in to new processes in a fast paced, dynamic environment.- Ability to work and deal with ambiguity in a changing international environment- Flexibility to work in a cross-functional, matrixed environment where multiple priorities need to be managedA strong sense of initiative, teamwork and flexibility

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. However, we work flexibly and support working from home typically 2-3 days per week.
