**Senior Content Executive** The easyJet holidays Content team is small but mighty - and we’re growing We sit within the Commercial function and work closely with the Product, Digital, and Customer teams. We strive to deliver hotel and destination content that’s engaging, rich, and targeted to our easyJet holidays customers. It’s an exciting time to join us as we start to launch new product streams. As our Senior Content Executive, you’ll drive the delivery of our content strategy to improve site conversion and ensure customers are able to access the right level of engaging hotel and destination content. We want to make sure our hotel content is customer-first and strikes the balance between informative and inspiring. Our website should provide a one-stop-shop for everything you could need to know about the hotels that form part of our great-value package holidays. **What you’ll be doing**: You’ll be getting creative by writing content about, and curating and sourcing images of, our hotels and destinations. You’ll maintain and update our existing content to keep it accurate, and you’ll be checking copy and images for tone of voice and brand alignment. Working alongside our SEO and Merchandising teams, and with third party suppliers, you’ll create new and engaging landing pages to improve organic visibility and drive a consistent and effective content offering, and you’ll also be working closely with our Digital Experience team to optimise content, deliver content for web promotions and meets our digital design requirements. You’ll take the lead with onsite content performance analysis and use engagement metrics to optimise content, and deliver data driven content initiatives to drive conversion. Our CMS is Sitecore. You’ll be using this to optimise and update existing content when required, as well as briefing new development requests and managing the backlog of development requests to deliver effective content. **What you’ll bring to the team**: You’ll be somebody who has a detailed understanding of web copywriting practices and on-page SEO. You’ll be able to adapt your writing to a set of brand/tone of voice guidelines whilst keeping in mind SEO best practice, and you’ll have outstanding attention to detail skills in order to proof read/edit content for spelling, grammar, style and tone. You will definitely need to have experience with content management systems (ideally Sitecore), and you’d really stand out if you have experience with analytics software such as Google or Adobe Analytics. Aside from that, we want somebody who has strong project and time management skills, is process driven, and has the ability to work cross functionally and with external partners. **What’s in it for you**: In addition to your competitive base salary, you’ll qualify for our company wide bonus scheme which could see you earning up to an additional 20% on top of your base each year.
