RPS is looking for an Administrator to join the Transport Planning team based at our Head Office in Milton Park, Abingdon.

You'll be working on a part-time basis: Wednesday - Friday 22.5 hours per week. 8.30am -5pm.

Experience would be preferred, however, full training will be provided. We understand the need to work flexibly, with agile offices and hybrid working offered as standard, we’re happy to talk about flexible working. This is a workplace that works for you.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Provide fast, accurate formatting and proof reading of reports and letters including ensuring that house style layouts are adhered to.
- Producing invoices and updating budgets.
- Setting up new projects.
- Issue and administer Sub Consultancy Agreements and Purchase Orders to approved suppliers.
- Maintain H&S equipment and PPE.
- Member of the Integrated Management System team (IMS) to implement IMS procedures including internal audits.
- Fire Marshal (training will be given).
- Provide support to Reception when required (training will be given).

- Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat

- Organised and able to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines
