**Location**:Warrington, WA1 4RZ

**Hours**: 37.5 hpw, between 07:30 and 16:00 Monday to Friday

Become a** Technical Support Coordinator**at Terberg Matec UK You'll lead technical enquiries and boost service levels in our after-sales department. Working closely with the technical support team leader you'll help to resolve issues and enhance knowledge sharing.

**Responsibilities**: Manage technical enquiries, analyse data via remote support, and support the service desk. You’ll also drive performance improvements and develop our remote diagnostic platform.

**Qualifications that set you apart**:

- Excellent Engineering skills.
- Ability to communicate with others effectively.
- Experience with constructing technical reports.
- Relevant Engineering qualification.
