**Technical Coordinator - Flat Roofing Systems**

**Location**: Warrington
**Salary**: £35,000+ (Negotiable)
**Working Hours**: Mon-Thurs 8:00-17:00, Fri 8:30-14:00
**Holiday**: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

**About the Role**:
Are you looking to develop your career within a leading manufacturer in the construction sector? This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, technically minded individual to join a growing team. The role offers a mix of customer interaction, technical documentation, and internal coordination, supporting the delivery of high-performance waterproofing systems across the UK.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you’ll be based full-time in the Warrington office and work closely with the sales, customer service, and field technical teams to provide clear, reliable, and solution-focused technical support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical advice and support to customers, specifiers, and internal teams
- Respond to requests for product and system guidance, specifications, and thermal/U-value calculations
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including test samples and product assessments
- Accurately update records within the CRM system

**What Our Client is Looking For**:

- Background in flat roofing or broader construction/technical roles
- Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Capable of working independently and within a team
- Qualifications such as a HNC are desirable
- Minimum of 2 years in a related role
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
