**Job Description**: Job Title: Customer Support Advisor Location: Woolston, Warrington (WA1 4PN) **Salary**: £24,239 per annum Shifts: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Support Advisor for our who is the worlds number one manufacturer of materials handling equipment providing quality sales and service across the UK. You will be providing first line support for customers in the absence of the sales teams. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide overall support and will focus on the following; As Customer Support Advisor your duties will be; " Facilitating the delivery and collection of new products to customers. " Assisting with orders and maintaining customer communication during the order process. " Liaising with the finance team to support any invoice queries. " High quality administration support to internal departments and customers. " Respond efficiently to all customer enquiries. " Update customer and supplier portals and monitor activity. " Update activity reports as required. " Provide quotations to customers as required. The successful Customer Support Advisor will have the following skills; " Ideally someone who has worked in a similar role previously. " High quality administration skills " Excellent written and verbal communication skills " Excellent time management skills and ability to react quickly to requests " Excellent Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook " Ability to follow company health and safety procedures In return you will receive; " Competitive salary.
