**Technical Customer Advisor**:

**Hours**: 9am-5.30pm (Mon - Fri)

**The Role Involves**:

- Acting as a 1st line server technical specialist responsible for monitoring the incident logging system for new tickets
- Performing initial diagnosis, escalating issues without a fix to the second line
- Answering technical support phone calls, keeping a clear line of communication open with customers at all times
- Carrying out change requests on behalf of customers.
- Providing directions/solutions to meet SLAs
- A Computer Science degree or a strong interest in the field
- Experience of Windows Server 2016 - 2019 configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting and VMware 5+ / familiarity with GUI tools to perform troubleshooting
- A friendly personality who works well independently and within a wider team
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- A strong desire to learn new skills with a keen desire to pick up new responsibilities and meet new challenges.
