Client Engagement Advisor

The Client Engagement Advisor will be responsible for growing and enhancing our client database through maximising client retention, promoting our range of services, and driving client satisfaction through performing a wide range of outbound client serviceactivities.

My client is a well established client based in Littlehampton.
**Description**
The key responsibilities of the successful Client Engagement Advisor are:
- Proactively managing and delivering outbound client calls, identifying client needs, to make clients aware of the wide range of services offered
- Performing a range of outbound calls to clients
- Retaining existing clients while proactively securing new clients
- Recording outbound call history and client response in detail, ensuring timely client follow-ups in line with agreed time frames
- Adapting to use a range of techniques to handle objections and retain / win clients whilst providing excellent service
- Achieving individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Delivering the best in class client experience, by listening and meeting the needs of our customers in order to grow and retain our customer loyalty
- Monitoring client satisfaction levels and providing feedback to appropriate team members to further improve the standard of service provided
- Working in line with standard operating procedures and client call scripts.
**Profile**
The successful Client Engagement Advisor will have:
- Proven sales record and strong customer service skills
- Worked in a busy call centre environment
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Strong work ethic and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Excellent listening and questioning skills to ensure all client information is identified
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Self-motivation and be target driven, with excellent planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to be patient and polite when under pressure
- Ability to manage and exceed customer expectations
- Ability to manage and prioritise heavy workload
**Job Offer**
The successful Client Engagement Advisor will earn up to £19,500 annually as well as a quarterly incentive
