Title: HR Advisor (Remote Working)

**Salary**: £30,000 - £34,000

Contract: 12-month FTC

Remote working, however you must be able to get to Littlehampton for company meetings.

Our client is searching for a driven individual to join their incredibly successful and thriving business. You will play a key part in delivering a hands-on and proactive HR service to both Line Managers and employees.

Responsibilities will include:

- Advising and coaching on all employee relation issues including but not limited to; disciplinary, grievance, attendance, and probation's
- Supporting people managers to ensure HR processes are implemented across the business
- Proactively driving employee engagement initiatives, providing suggestions to help create a culture of staff who celebrate what they do
- Managing the full employee life cycle, from recruitment through to off-boarding
- Actioning any changes to employment details and liaising with Payroll
- Assisting with the maintenance, development, and implementation of HR systems, running regular statistical reports, and highlighting any issues
