Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a UK based organisation, on an exclusive basis.

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 12 month FTC.

The HR Advisor is a key member of the HR team and will be responsible for supporting, coaching and advising managers at all levels, Recruitment across all levels, everything from an operational standpoint across HR, ER casework and Wellbeing project work.

You will have/need:

- CIPD Level 5 accredited
- Proven experience in a generalist or specialist HR role
- Sound and up to date knowledge of employment law
- Be professional and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Have the ability to use your own initiative and be proactive
- Be willing to adapt and take on new challenges and be driven to continually learn and improve

The organisations head office is based in Littlehampton, the role is Hybrid with a mixture of home/office working.

The salary on offer is up to £35,000 - £38,000.
