Our client is looking for a positive individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor, providing excellent and considerate service to patients.

Our client provides the best service possible to their customers and is looking for an individual to join their team on a temporary basis to help with an ever-growing workload. This position is an exceptional role for someone who loves interacting with people daily and thrives on providing the best care and support at all times - always wanting to go the extra mile.

The role will include:

- Taking inbound calls, ensuring you always provide the best possible service to both clients and patients
- Responding to all customer correspondence through a variety of channels
- Processing orders
- Assisting with client queries and responding in a timely manner
- Maintaining the CRM system accurately

We are looking for:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong work ethic
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- A positive attitude and team player
- Good computer literacy

Details:
Hourly Rate: £10.23 per hour (plus holiday accrual pay)

Start date: ASAP for 4 weeks

Contract: Temporary

Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:45 am - 5:15 pm
