**Job Title:Supply Chain Planner**

**Salary: Up to £35k**

**Location:Aldermaston, Berkshire**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively plan and maintain supply chain replenishment plans in SAP, placing and maintaining purchase orders with suppliers to meet customer demand
- Analyse and calculate inventory safety stock levels while maximising revenues and optimising operating work capital
- Effectively manage the introduction of new and discontinued products and/or systems
- Maintain lean management principles in line with company expectations
- Track and manage inbound containers / deliveries, liaising with suppliers, transport companies and the warehouse to ensure timely and smooth deliveries
- Develop and Maintain Relationships with Suppliers in order to ensure supply chain needs are adequately met
- Maintain Supply Chain SAP Item Master and other item administration tasks as required
- Keep up to date and accurate inventory records, assisting with year-end Physical Inventory as required
- Identify excess inventory and slow moving items to Sales to reduce inventory risks
- Provide Ad-hoc reports and analysis, developing supplier performance KPI’s
- Seek Opportunities to improve internal supply chain and cross functional business processes

**Skillsrequired**:

- 3 Years Supply Chain Experience in a Logistics or Supply Management environment
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Logistics or related field
- Experience using ERP and/or Supply Chain systems (SAP not required but considered an asset)
- Technically minded with an attention to detail, together with a capability to learn and grasp a complex product portfolio
- Team Player with a willingness to demonstrate flexibility in a rapidly growing business
- Flexible, Self-Motivated and Organised while demonstrating a capability to improve and develop new skills
- Strong Written & Verbal Skills, capable of working in a diverse and international business environment
- Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite (eg. Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Passion for renewable energy
- Driving Licence
