Mack fruit is looking for an ambitious individual who will maximise profitability and customer service levels through the timely implementation of the business supply chain, sales and procurement plan. You will be compiling accurate information on current and anticipated stock levels and coordinating with the supply chain function to maintain a continuous supply. You will Work with the Buying Manager to develop and enhance grower relationships, as well as support sales and supply chain to provide great customer service.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Track and publish rolling stock reports for the commercial team, highlighting the current stock position and supply gaps.
- Compile and coordinate weekly programmes for growers, whilst making daily adjustments to suit the needs of the business.
- Update the daily retail orders to capture orders vs forecast to give clarity on sales trends, supply gaps and order volumes.
- Update sales prices in SAP to align with agreed pricing agreed with retailers.
- Monitor packaging levels and advise when further orders should be placed to aid UK packing operations.
- Organising transport and logistics to ensure arrivals meet set deadlines.
- Monitor quality of arrivals and relay claim notifications to suppliers.
- Monitor conformity of supply from growers, highlighting shortages to the Buying Manager (Forecast vs Actual Report).
- Maintain transport rates, sea freight/airfreight handling costs, part code details and estimated charges on the SAP.
- Update and maintain grower templates with agreed cost prices.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word. The ability to construct professional PowerPoint presentations, MS Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.

**The hours you would work**:

- Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm (40hrs per week).
