Recruitment Consultant

**Package**: £21-23K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

Our client is looking for individuals who want to build a long-term career in recruitment. Specialising in Tech on a global scale, you will be able to specialise within your market, for example within, Data & Analytics, Electronics Engineering or Cyber Security& Cloud. The typical basic salary our client works with is £100,000, meaning there is a high earning potential. You will work with a supportive and ambitious team with access to the owner of the business from day one. Currently going through a period of growth,there is lost of progression opportunities. **The Requirements**:

- Degree educated, minimum 2:2 or 2 years sales experience
- 3 - 6 months recruitment experience (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Financially motivated
- Competitive
- Strong Work ethic
- Self confidence
