**Role** - **Graduate Recruitment Consultant**

**Location - Reading (RG7)**

**Package** -**:£22 - £24kbasic salary for entry level. Flexible for experience + plus uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE, Year 2 OTE £50K OTE)**

**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role**:
Our client is the recognised recruitment partner to the global technology community. They were founded in 1999 and are very well established.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high-quality professionals
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads
- Negotiating offers
- Updating and maintaining our in-house database
- Learning about technology and global financial markets

- Degree educated or 6 months sales experience

- Be able to collaborate well within a team
