**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and deal with new customers and existing customers to ensure smooth running of their accounts
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and jobs
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of client information
- Updating the CRM
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks
- Collaborate with other operatives to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
