One Sightsolutions Ltd, a leading UK based Smart Building technology services company seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic business administrator to assist the Financial Controller.

Position type: Full time
Location: Hartley Wintney, Hampshire, UK.

**Salary**: £24k

**Role Summary**

A busy and diverse position, suiting a highly organised, methodical and outgoing person, the role of the Business Administrator is to assist with the management of daily business activities and administrative tasks across the Finance Team.

We are looking for someone who is hard working, able to produce a consistently high standard of work, has excellent customer services skills and has the essential computer literacy skills covered.

Normal day to day duties will include:

- Handling customer orders efficiently, delivering first class customer service
- Assisting with goods in/out and associated shipping documentation including export
- Online licensing of products (training provided)
- Dealing with and / or escalating customer issues relating to customer orders
- Supporting the Finance Team as business needs demand.

Qualifications, Certifications, Education and Skills
- Self-motivated, self-standing, works well as part of a team
- Understanding and experience of a small business environment and the multi-tasking and DIY approach required
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrable ability of accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer Literate including use of Microsoft Word, Excel
- Good Numeracy skills

As part of a small company, there will always be a requirement for flexibility; and a willingness to attempt to undertake, from time to time, other jobs or assist with other people’s jobs and not necessarily defined within detailed job description.

Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is required for this role.

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
