**Regional Sales Manager**

**MacGregor Black**is currently partnering with a **Rapidly Growing RTD Producer and Distributor ,** on the search for a **Regional Sales Manager.**This is a permanent **Midlands based**role**.**

As the**Regional Sales Manager,**you will be responsible for signing up new accounts and ensuring high satisfaction levels from the existing customer base. Delivering sales volumes and meeting targets on a comprehensive range of RTD productswhich are regularly developed to meet market demands. Primarily working with on-trade venues to secure brand partnerships, listings and increase the rate of sale.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sign up new accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Report on regional sales results
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion and growth

**What are we looking for?**

**Essential**
- 2+ years’ experience in a sales driven role
- Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Numbers driven, goal orientated, and sales motivated
- Self-starter: Highly organised with limited need for oversight
- Entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and flexible mentality

**Desirable**
- Experience in the drinks/hospitality sector
- Previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager / Area Manager
