**Summary of Role**

The role of a Transport Administrator involves someone who can organise and perform all admin tasks in a logical and timely manner. Be able to multi task and manage to keep accurate and up to date records whilst providing support to other areas of the office environment as and when directed. Responsible for ensuring all driver paper work is completed and processed correctly.

**Job Accountabilities**

**Operational Efficiency**;
- Assist with the day to day traffic operation
- Book and record all information required for couriers and sub contractors
- Debrief drivers ensuring all information is recorded
- Account for all consignments received and forwarded
- Arranging vehicle maintenance, MOTs and tax payments, organising vehicle replacements if required
- Assist in stock checking routines as requested
- Filing of all paper work in a logical order, maintaining the filing systems is relevant

**Customer Service;**
- Resolve customer service queries whilst developing and maintaining customer relations

Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time
