**Office Administrator and Call Scheduling Coordinator**

Looking for office administration skills, including MS Excel, and ideally previous experience coordinating diaries, jobs / call allocation / work scheduling etc. for remote staff.

This role is to work office based in Harlow, for a company that provide UK wide field service support, coordinating the calls for the team of Engineers, allocating their work, liaising with logistics for parts and materials and recording outcomes of thejobs.

Full time permanent position.

Office hours Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30

The Office is based just off Edinburgh Way, it's poorly served by public transport so local applicants or own transport preferred.

Salary will be £22 - £25000.
