If so, we have fantastic opportunity as a Reception Team Leader, based on the ground floor reception of a building in the city, that is a true icon of the London skyline

The Team Leader’s role is to supervise and develop the welcome team, ensuring that that they provide an exceptionally high level of customer service to all visitors during the meet and greet, while ensuring the communication with the internal floor reception teams and other facilities service providers is effective to guarantee a smooth customer journey.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week on an 8-hour shift basis, Monday-Friday between 7am-7pm

**Salary**: £35,845
**Qualifications**

They will be expected to implement and manage Portico policy, procedures and standards, whilst building strong relationships with those in all other service lines. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
