Ensuring we provide excellent customer experience’s is fundamental in everything we do at Redbridge. We are looking for someone to join our new Resolution and Insight team to demonstrate our commitment to our customers.

As a Customer Resolution Officer your aim will be to resolve customer queries through working with customers, colleagues, and partners to achieve positive outcomes. You will manage customer expectations in line with our corporate and statutory processes in a customer focused manner. You will need to be empathetic, analytical and a real problem solver offering alternative solutions wherever possible. This is a role and opportunity to join a team that will proactively support the residents of Redbridge by resolving issues and problems that our residents, businesses and partners have with the council.

Most of all you will care. You will care that our residents have a good experience when they contact us, that if we have made a mistake, we are acknowledging that and putting it right and that your service supports and influences all our services.
