Have you worked in manufacturing or a similar setting?

You will support the implementation of the Early Careers strategy and ensure our employee experience and values are lived by all early careers team members.

Coordinate early careers activity enabling the successful delivery of all early career’s activities across all programmes at all PFM locations as well as contribute ideas to shape the Early Careers Provision across the business

Support Early Careers team members effectively through their respective programmes and ensure that all stakeholders are kept fully informed throughout the process

Contribute to the attraction and selection of team members to Early Careers programmes

Support the implementation of relevant Government programmes/Initiatives aimed at creating career / job openings.

Support the co-ordination of L&D activities for PFM employees, providing a link betweenL&D Shared Service team.

Occasional travel will be required to fulfil the duties
