They have a brand new exciting opportunity for a **L&D Business Partner** to join their friendly, professional and growing HR+D team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Global Learning and Development Manager, you will b partnering and collaborating with the business and the HR team to deliver exceptional learning and development, all the while driving toward the organisational mission, vision and values.You will actively participate in wider L&D and HR projects; developing and maintaining, collaborative working relationships with all employees to sustain the reputation of a people focussed function. You will prioritise efforts to deliver an outstanding apprenticeshipprogram, early careers initiatives and internal talent development whilst supporting the Learning and Development strategy to effectively deliver a continuous improvement and learning culture. Through the implementation of a organisational Academy you willcreate processes, programs, and technology to drive learning and engagement.

As an experienced L&D Practitioner you will ideally bringprevious experience of working in a fast paced, customer focussed, regulated environment (such as pharmaceutical, financial services, manufacturing, technology).

With demonstratable evidence of using and authoring content learning management systems it would be great if you have proven experience partnering and building internal and external productive relationships.

You will spend 3 days on site (just outside of Newcastle upon Tyne) and the remainder of your working week at home.
