We have a great opportunity for a **Learning & Development Advisor** to join our team in the Heathrow office (Staines-upon-Thames).

The mission of the L&D Team is to provide inspirational and supportive professional skills training that is relevant to Menzies roles present and future.

This role will be perfect for a confident and enthusiastic Advisor to support the L&D Manager in creating exciting learning environments improve knowledge, skills, and behaviours in line with Menzies vision, purpose, goals, and values.

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:
Support the L&D Manager and other stakeholders to identify training needs.

Co-design and deliver a range of engaging content to support the learning and development strategy.

Special focus on professional qualification training management and delivery and soft skills training for trainee population, to meet apprenticeship and institute standards.

Develop and coordinate the trainee starter induction and integration process by arranging and facilitating sessions, ensuring all new starters are supported.

Participate in wider learning and development projects, as identified.

Liaise with course providers and facilitators pre and post events.

Deliver management information to key stakeholders and manage the course evaluation process.

Build internal reputation as a reliable L&D Advisor on L&D matters.

Deputise for L&D Manager in their absence.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Experience in a fast-paced environment is required, with prior exposure to Learning & Development, apprenticeships, or learning technologies being a bonus. This role involves periodic travel to other Menzies offices for meetings and stakeholder engagement, so flexibility is important.
