Contact Centre Sales Advisor – Richmond Villages / Bupa Location: Staines, Middlesex TW18 3DZ, Office based. Employment type: Permanent, Full time – 37.5 hours per week. Shift pattern 8am‑8pm with half Saturday each month. Salary: £27,100 + £500 bonus after probation. Job Description: As the voice of Bupa, you will guide existing customers through policy renewal conversations, ensuring they receive the best healthcare outcomes. You will take inbound calls in a fast‑paced environment, work with multiple systems, adhere to regulatory requirements, and consistently deliver excellent customer experiences. You will own customer queries to resolution, diagnose needs via effective questioning, introduce tailored products, and maintain detailed records in the customer database. Responsibilities Take inbound calls from members. Work with multiple systems and comply with regulatory requirements. Ensure every customer has a great experience. Own customer queries and manage them through to resolution. Diagnose customer needs through effective questioning techniques. Introduce tailored products and services to suit customers. Accurately maintain customer database and document all conversations. Key Skills & Qualifications Previous sales or contact centre experience (highly preferred). Strong PC skills and rapid adaptation to new systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and genuine passion for customer service. Ability to influence and explain complex information simply.
