We are looking to recruit a highly motivated administrator to co-ordinate all aspects of the company’s health & safety management system and support both the Health & Safety and Compliance Team in delivering an outstanding service to their internal and external customers.

You will be responsible for:

- Supporting the maintenance and updating of all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintaining the health and safety training programme including maintaining training records.
- Co-ordinating the administration of meetings including producing agenda and taking and distributing minutes.
- Manage the learning management system and ensuring the accuracy of the data.
- Ensuring that the health and safety performance data is validated and reported accurately.
- Playing a key role in the company’s well-being strategy.
- Managing the day to day running of the lone worker system contract.

- Excellent IT skills including excel and PowerPoint.
- The confidence to challenge unsafe behaviours.
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload and work to tight deadlines.
- A pro-active and persistent approach in order to ensure actions arising from our active and reactive monitoring programmes are satisfactorily resolved.

Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable but not essential, development will be available to you.
